Job Description:
Our Ottawa based client is seeking a Systems Analyst Level 3 for a contract position. Contract running from date of award to March 31, 2011.
All candidates must possess Reliability Clearance.
The resource must provide assistance with the installation and preliminary configuration of the OpenText CLM software modules available through the Government Shared Systems contract.
The tasks may include but are not limited to:
1. Preparation of work outline and projected timeline for task completion
2. Installation and configuration of CLM software based on default settings within a laboratory environment
3. Integration of CLM with Outlook and MS Office Suite
4. Coaching of the IEMS Project Team on baseline functionality
5. Providing an overview of the installation to the IT Renewal Project Team
6. Providing assistance with the migration of the IEMS Module 1 to production environment (future)
7. Analysis of integration requirements with additional software (future)
8. Customized configuration of CLM for integration with other COTS products (future)
The resource will work as a members of the IEMS project team, and provide input on potential options to determine the best approach for optimization of the OpenText CLM software.
DELIVERABLES
The deliverables for the immediate work assignment (items 1 to 5), to be provided in MS Office format (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), are as follows:
• Installation of the IEMS Module 1 (OpenText CLM for Electronic Document Management, Workflow, Physical File Management) within the laboratory environment at OCOL
• Documentation detailing configuration settings applied within the laboratory installation
• Information session with IT Renewal Project Team on details of the installation and configuration
• Information session with IEMS Project Team on key functionality of the OTCLM as configured for OCOL (IEMS Module 1)

• experience in the installation and configuration of the solution within an MS SQL Server platform • experience in the analysis of configuration settings and the impact of configuration optionsexperience in the preparation of written documentation.a Certification on OpenText CLM product.experience researching configuration and integration options for OpenText Content Lifecycle Management software available through the PWGSC government shared systems.experience installing the OpenText CLM software on the MS SQL Server platformexperience configuring OpenText CLM on the MS SQL Server platformexperience working within an enterprise-level project.experience preparing technical documentationexperience installing and configuring the OpenText CLM (Live Link) software as an enterprise solution
