Job Description:
•Develop Web-based maintenance and enhancement code in ASP and Visual Basic 6, COM+ middle tier objects based on detailed specification;
•Review Use Cases, Change Requests, activity diagrams and other artifacts and develop programming code based on the requirements therein;
•Develop reports using ActiveReports and PL/SQL packages;
•Participate in the Integration of other applications such as PCIMM and PADS-R into an enterprise scale Web application;
•Develop scripts for data migration and data integration;
•Develop scripts for interfacing between the Web application server and the Data Base tier;
•Participate in performance tuning for enterprise scale Web applications;
•Prepare technical documentation and diagrams based on the RUP/UML standards; and
•Participate in code review and unit testing sessions;

The ideal candidate will have::
Demonstrated minimum of 5 years of experience as programmer/software developer creating and modifying software code, developing functional specifications and design documentation.Demonstrated minimum of 3 years of experience as programmer/software developer performing maintenance activities on medium or large (50+ Screens or equivalent) Legacy applications. Demonstrated minimum of 3 years of experience in application development or maintenance using Visual Basic 6, ASP 3.0, HTML, JavaScript, COM+ and Active-X controls.Demonstrated minimum of 1 years of experience in application development or maintenance using an Oracle database. Must include development and/or maintenance of PL/SQL package, stored procedures to be called from a Visual Basic 6.0 application.Demonstrated minimum of 1 years of experience in application development or maintenance using an Oracle database. Must include development and/or maintenance of PL/SQL package, stored procedures to be called from a Visual Basic 6.0 application. University degree in Computer Science, Computer en Demonstrated experience in Web application development or maintenance using Visual Basic 6, ASP 3.0, HTML, JavaScript, COM+, Active-X controls.Demonstrated experience in application development or maintenance using Oracle databases. Must include development and/or maintenance of PL/SQL package, stored procedures to be called from a Visual Basic 6.0 application.Demonstrated experience in application development or maintenance using Oracle databases.
